Our Program Facilitators are dynamic, attentive support staff dedicated to guiding and motivating mentees to maximize their program experience. They actively participate in event planning and lead engaging group activities, all while ensuring the safety and well-being of mentees. Facilitators also maintain comprehensive records of program activities and communicate effectively with parents and staff to address any concerns. Their positive, proactive, and caring approach creates a fun and secure environment for mentees.
