Self Care

It is imperative to learn the power of self care, mental wellness, hygiene , physical health, mindfulness and self regulation. Our self care pillar empowers you to advocate, and protect your wellbeing, with self mastery. Purposefully we teach yoga, provide therapeutic services, and conflict resolution skills, for each young woman to manage your well being.

Self Efficacy

It is important that each young woman in our program advocates for her own agency. All of our pillars lay a foundation for self advocacy in her pursuit, to better oneself in academics, post secondary education or
trade, in her community.

Scholarship

Our mantra for academic progress is defined by an individualistic approach where each gift and ability is identified and strengthened to allow for success both in and out of the classroom setting.

Social Grace

Our young women develop such social graces to behave and respond to any dining occasion, maintain properetiquette and basic mannerism, and to make an unforget-table impression to whomever they encounter.
