“The Sophia Project has a commitment to the St. Louis Region to provide resources and programs that support and promote mental well-being, self-care, and self-esteem among adolescent young women. Our new initiative Sophia Project Connects is community programming. You don’t have to formally enroll in our programs to be empowered”

GIRL TALK: 2026 Career Fair

The 3rd Annual Girl Talk: 2026 Career Fair will bring together 150+ high school girls from across the St. Louis metropolitan area for a full day of motivation, networking, and career exploration. Designed to expose young women to non-traditional career paths and living-wage opportunities, the event will feature keynote speakers, interactive workshops, and resource booths spanning industries such as Healthcare, Beauty, Public Safety, Construction, Tech, and more. By connecting students directly with industry professionals, training programs, and higher education institutions, Girl Talk aims to inspire, inform, and prepare participants to confidently pursue their post-secondary dreams.

Sponsorship Opportunities

TSP International Day of the Girl is a one-day event designed to inspire and empower young women in grades 6-12 to become women of character and vision. Every year, The Sophia Project invites every young woman to step boldly into her own story. Through our theme, Big Character Energy, participants explored character development and the advocacy of self — learning to speak up for their needs, dreams, and boundaries.
